Roof Access & Equipment Hatches

R&S roof access hatches provide safe ladder or stair access to commercial building rooftops. Constructed of aluminum, steel or stainless steel with either a mill or custom color finish. R&S roof access hatches can include curb flanges custom-fabricated allowing the hatch to integrate with any metal roof system. Self-flashing models include cap-flashing for roofing material. Roof hatches feature interior and exterior manual release with hold open arm, padlock provisions and concealed fasteners for maximum security. In addition, oversized, twin-leaf equipment hatches are also available.
